Gullet Stuffer is an annual eating contest to raise money for mutual aid that is livestreamed on YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram. Each year, a new food is voted on, and various graphics and animations need to be built around the food that wins.

I work with a Graphic Designer to create stream assets before the show, and partner with our Livestream Technician, Camera Operator, DJ, and MC on show day to ensure a fun and successful event. We utilize wireless video transmission over NDI, and wireless audio transmission over RF to a streaming machine on the roof of the Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, where the event takes place.
